Warranty

The quality of the jewelry and diamonds in our company is extremely high and therefore we provide a lifetime warranty.

The repairs can be made in the following cases:

  • In case of manufacturing defects in the metal.                                                                  
  • In the event of the fall of small diamonds and their loss, we will complete the diamonds with a studded piece of jewelry (only diamonds smaller than 0.05)                                                
  • Re-inlay of a diamond that has fallen but is in the possession of the customer of any size         
  • First size changes in rings will be made at no extra charge

The warranty is valid only for a customer who holds in his hands proof of original purchase and only if the purchase was made through the store on a sales site teplitski.co.il

The company reserves the right to require the customer to prove that he is the original purchaser of the product.

The exclusive remedy for any defective product covered by the warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. The total liability of the company in relation to any defective product will in no case exceed the purchase price of the defective product.

The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the incorrect use or use of the Product, including any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damage – to the extent permitted by law.

The customer is responsible and any risk and liability for loss, damage and injury to his body and / or property and / or property and / or the bodies of third parties, resulting from the use and / or non-use of the product, except in cases where it is determined that the said damage was caused due to the sole negligence of the company.
