How to order

The site allows customers to conveniently, easily and safely buy diamond jewelry through the website or purchase at the company's offices by personal order.

You can purchase the product on the website at any time until the stock runs out.

The purchase on the site is by credit card only and the transaction will be carried out after approval by the credit card company. Well, any person over the age of 18 who has a valid credit card from one of the credit companies active in Israel/worldwide may perform an action on the site.

The prices of the products on the website include VAT. The company reserves the right to stop the marketing and sale of the product at any time, as well as deny the right to purchase on the sales site at its discretion. The website management reserves the right to change and update the following conditions: 

The ordered products are in stock at the time of placing the order.

The customer has fully and correctly filled out his personal details for the purpose of billing and shipping. 

Approval for the transaction was given by the credit company.

The product will be sent to the customer after the order has been checked and approved by the "TEPLITSKI" team. 

Orders received will be processed and approved by the "TEPLITSKI" team within 2 business days.

At the end of the purchase and the approval of the payment by the credit company, the customer will receive a message confirming the execution of the transaction along with an order. These details will be sent to the customer's email at the end of the order.

Deliveries/self-collection - The "TEPLITSKI" team will send the jewelry to the address provided by the customer within 10 business days, or alternatively, the jewelry can be collected from the company's offices within 7 business days.

When purchasing on the website, the customer will be required to enter the personal details such as: first name, last name, phone number, e-mail, product delivery address and payment details. By entering these data, the customer guarantees that they are correct. It will be clarified that submitting false personal details is a criminal offense and it is the customer's responsibility to fill in their exact details when placing the order at the time of purchase.

The TEPLITSKI team takes advanced precautions to provide customers with a safe purchase. The site is secured via SSL and the transfer of credit card data on the site is carried out through a secure purchase.

With each purchase, the customer will receive a packaging box chosen by the company, a warranty certificate as well as an invoice and receipt. The company is not responsible for delay in delivery due to reasons beyond its control.
