The company will do everything in its power so that its customers leave satisfied, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can receive a full refund within 30 days.

The company undertakes to act fairly and meet the provision of a high level of service, and therefore we allow the replacement of the product on the condition that the notification of the need for replacement is received within 30 working days and that the product is not used.

The condition for canceling the transaction and receiving a refund is that the product be returned to the company's offices within 14 days from the day of purchase, and within 30 business days of receiving the product, the customer will receive a monetary credit if the customer paid with a credit card, the customer will receive a refund to the card from which he paid.

The customer must notify by phone that he wishes to make an exchange and can come to the company's offices located at 17 Rakon St., 2nd floor, Ramat Gan and make an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Exchange with an item of the same value - free of charge.
  • Exchange for a more expensive item, in which case a proportional charge will be made for the difference.
  • Exchange for a cheaper item - a refund will be given for the difference.

The deal can be canceled by contacting the company's customer service by phone or by e-mail. The cancellation of the deal will be valid only after receiving a fax or e-mail from the company confirming the request to cancel the deal. Upon receiving returned products and subject to the company's inspection and review of such returned products, the company will issue You a refund. In case the cancellation is approved - the product must be returned to the company and all costs involved in returning the product will be applied to the customer.

The return of the product will be done when it is in its original packaging and together with the original invoice and that 30 days have not yet passed from the date of purchase of the product.

In case of cancellation of the transaction, the company will return the customer's money within 14 business days.

If the transaction is canceled after the customer has received the product, the customer will bear the cost of shipping the product back to the company. The transaction cancellation policy detailed above will only apply to products purchased on the website.

The company will not handle the return of products purchased through another source.

It is not possible to cancel transactions that are in the nature of a "special order", that is, a piece of jewelry designed especially for the customer's measurements and according to his requests, including designs from the collection in which special diamond(s) are set, purchased especially for the customer and according to his request.
