Each TEPLITSKI piece is crafted with precision and care, made specifically for you. We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

 

Returns

Return requests may be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and authorized in advance.

All returns are inspected upon receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 10–14 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested within 14 days, subject to availability and approval.

Higher-value exchanges require payment of the difference. Lower-value exchanges receive store credit for the balance.

 

Made-to-Order Pieces

As each piece is crafted to order, customized, resized, or personalized items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Delivery

All shipments are fully insured and require signature confirmation upon delivery. Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
